A Few Things To Ask
-
Ideally, 12–18 months before your wedding for full-service planning, 6–12 months for partial planning, and 3–6 months before your wedding for month-of coordination.
-
The couples I typically work with have overall wedding budgets ranging from $50,000–$250,000. That said, I work with a variety of budgets and create customized proposals based on each couple's needs.

A wedding planner is there to take the guesswork out of planning and make sure no detail gets overlooked. Finding the right vendors, keeping your budget on track, making design decisions, managing timelines, and handling all the details in between. I'm there to guide you through the process and keep everything moving forward. Think of me as your go-to person for everything that comes up along the way, so you can spend less time worrying about the logistics and more time enjoying the experience.

My involvement depends on the service you choose. With full-service planning, I'm involved from the very beginning, helping lead the planning process, manage vendors, guide decisions, and oversee the overall design. With partial planning, you've already gotten things started, and I step in to help with the remaining planning and bring everything together. With month-of coordination, I take the reins just before your wedding, getting familiar with everything you've planned, confirming details with vendors, building your timeline, and preparing to manage it all on the wedding day.

Absolutely! I help take the ideas, inspiration, and saved Pinterest boards and turn them into a cohesive wedding design. This includes developing the overall aesthetic, selecting florals, rentals, linens, lighting, and décor, and making sure every element feels connected. My approach is all about finding the right balance! Knowing what to incorporate, what to leave out, and how to create something that feels thoughtful and intentional without doing too much.

Yes! Rehearsal coordination is required as part of every Something Blue & Co. planning service. I believe a smooth wedding day starts with a well-organized rehearsal. Taking the time to walk through the ceremony, make sure everyone knows where to be, and answer questions beforehand helps avoid unnecessary confusion and last-minute hiccups on the wedding day. It's one detail I'm not willing to leave to chance!

Absolutely! I serve couples in Charlotte, NC, Charleston, SC, and Wilmington, NC, with no travel fees for weddings in these three locations. Planning somewhere else? I'm always open to discussing additional destinations!
